You have decided that you want to go fully raw. You want to get yourself into the raw diet precisely because you have heart a lot of positive comments about this particular diet program. This was perhaps the best advice I got when I was deciding whether I should go for the raw diet or not. I had to want to go on a raw diet to make sure that it was going to work. If I didn’t have the heart to start the change on my own, I will suffer in the long run. I had to convince myself first that eating raw was something that was good enough for me.

They are practically the same in terms of how they intend to change your diet and improve your health. However, not all combinations are the same and true for all raw diet programs. Most of the raw diet programs are designed to help you obtain a huge percentage of the carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals that you need by simple consuming veggies, fruits and a couple of whole wheat grains. However, there are also raw diet programs that encourage you to only eat veggies with a little of your favourite fruits. Some fruits contain natural sugar that regular consumption could cause people’s blood sugar to go up.
What does it mean to go on a raw food diet? It takes a lot of courage and self-discipline to survive the challenge.
